The John Ross Matheson Award is awarded by Supreme Council to those heroes of our fraternity, with a view to rewarding merit and ability, to recognize community spirit, to honor those within our fraternity, who go above and beyond the call of duty. This Award is named after an individual who best exemplifies a continued commitment of distinguished service to his community, his country, and mankind. This year’s recipient was Morley Robinson of Cambridge. Matt Todd, PSGC, presented the award to Morley and the donation that accompanies the award to the Halifax Learning Centre for Children. Thelma Gregan was on hand to accept the donation and Morley was accompanied by his wife Marion.
