Brethren of the Valley of Halifax and Beyond,
The most important celebration of the Keith Sovereign Chapter of the Rose Croix will take place on March 29 and April 1 respectively. Of course I am referring to the Maundy Thursday and Easter Sunday celebrations. These events are celebrated on these days, not just here, but by fellow Knights around the world. It is the time when we, the Knights of Masonry, not only come together to remember the death of our Most Wise and Perfect Master, but also to renew our pledge to one another through the sharing of bread and wine.
Your Officers and Brethren of the Rose Croix have been working hard preparing to make this a important event, but they need your support. Given the sparse attendance from the last few years, please consider helping us make this the year that we turn things around at the Chapter through your renewed support for the good of the Craft. Please arrive no later than 7:45pm for the Maundy Thursday ceremony on 29 March, and arrive no later than 2:45pm for our Easter Sunday ceremony on 1 April.
If you plan to attend, please let Bro Gammell know so that we can adequately prepare for the Feast on Maundy Thursday and to ensure we have enough Roses for the Ladies on Easter Sunday.
Sincerely and Fraternally.
Ill. Bro. Bill Gomez 32°
Most Wise Sovereign
